Hi everyone, as I approach 32nd year and 34k hours of personal training sessions, I have come to believe that most online fitness videos, media and news resources are lacking poised information. There are way too many cookie-cutter and re-cycled videos and articles thus some were written as click-bait based on assumptions and unproven propaganda.
Many people can't distinguish the differences between bad resources versus good resources. This is why I am deciding to provide an Online Fitness Educational Course for those that wish to get a broader perspective on aspects of fitness.
Before I begin putting together this online course I wanted to test the waters to see if this will spark up any interests. All fitness enthusiasts and fitness professionals welcomed. Some of the course will be free, while most of the course content will be provided here utilizing paid Facebook Events and other educational platforms. EXAMPLE CURRICULUM TO FOLLOW THIS POST SOON!
