🔥 Bintang Coaches & Elite Players in Action ! 🔥

Even while dedicating their time to developing the next generation of players, our Bintang coaches and sparring players continue to show us exactly why they’re so good at what they do. 💚

Over the past two weekends, the team took on Sonic Smash 2026 (7/31–8/2) and the Silicon Valley Senior Championships 2026 (8/6–8/9), putting together some seriously strong performances across singles, doubles, and mixed events.

From championship titles to multiple podium finishes, our coaches and sparring platers are still out there competing, pushing themselves, and leading by example. 🏸

From July 22–26 in João Pessoa, Brazil, our Bintang junior athletes represented Team USA at the 2026 Pan Am Junior Championships, competing against top junior players from all across North, Central, and South America. 🇧🇷🏸

To even qualify for a tournament of this scale and prestige takes endless hours of sweat, sacrifice, and pure discipline. Stepping onto an international stage like this always comes with real challenges. While not every match went our way, our players showed true grit, supported each other through every win and loss, and brought home 8 medals overall. 🇺🇸✨

Beyond the results, these are the moments that shape an athlete. High-level competition has a way of testing you, and seeing our players take on the pressure, learn from every match, and stand by each other through it all makes us incredibly proud. Participating in this international tournament is a dream of most junior athletes. For our very own athletes who were part of it this year, they can now be proud of this experience and start working hard towards their next dream. 💚

2026 YONEX U.S. JUNIOR NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS!! 🏆

From July 8–14 in Wichita, Kansas, Team Bintang junior athletes pushed through tough competition and challenging conditions with grace, tenacity, and passion. And we are thrilled to announce that Team Bintang took home the most medals of any club in the nation with 25 total awards (5 Gold 🥇, 8 Silver 🥈, 4 Bronze 🥉, 5 Fourth-Place finishes, and 3 Fifth-Place finishes)!

Highlights: A huge congratulations to our very own Suraj Rajesh Kumar for being awarded the prestigious Ken Davidson Award! He truly exemplifies the spirit of badminton through exceptional sportsmanship, leadership, and athletic achievement both on and off the court. He is a role model and inspiration for all of us. We couldn’t be prouder! 👏

To our junior athletes: We are immensely proud of every single athlete who competed at Junior Nationals. Seeing their growth, personal breakthroughs, and unwavering team spirit makes all the hard work worth it.

To our Bintang parents: Thank you for the constant support and sincere efforts. Your daily sacrifices make all the difference.

What an incredible run at the 2026 USA Badminton Junior Nationals in Wichita, Kansas! 🏸🇺🇸

Our players gave everything on the court, battling through intense heat and tricky venue conditions with incredible grit, focus, and sportsmanship every step of the way. We are excited to share that Team Bintang won the most medals of any club!

Beyond the podiums though, we are immensely proud of every single athlete this past week. Seeing their growth, personal breakthroughs, and unwavering team spirit makes all the hard work worth it.
While the main stage belongs to our young athletes, we know that their success starts long before they step on the court.

Team Bintang showed up in a big way to the 2026 USA Junior International Team Trials Selection Event, proving once again why we are a force to be reckoned with. The selection event, which ran April 3-6, 2026, in Boston, determines the individual and team participants for the Pan Am Junior Championships held in July in Brazil and for the World Junior Championships held in October in Indonesia. 🌟

We are incredibly proud to announce that Bintang had the most players qualified of any club for the third year in a row! In addition, Bintang Badminton was the only club that had players qualify in every single age category from U13 to U19! 

Our athletes brought home 17 total podium finishes plus 3 5th place finishes: 
🥇 4 Gold Medals, 🥈 7 Silver Medals, 🥉 3 Bronze Medals, 4 4th Place Medals, 3 5th place
