Pilates first, drinks after. We think that sounds like a pretty good Wednesday evening.

Our next Stretch & Sip is Wednesday, September 30! We’ll meet at the studio for Pilates at 5:30 PM, then head over to No Name Lounge afterward for discounted adult beverages and some time to hang out together outside of class.

These evenings are always such a fun chance to spend a little more time with everyone after we put the reformers away.
