Emily will be teaching Tiny Kix 2 & Wee Kix!

Hello! My name is Emily Olson and I have been dancing almost my whole life. I went to Just For Kix when I was in preschool. I then took a break and went back in fourth grade. I then danced competitively in kick, Pom, and jazz on the Superior High School Dance Team! After that I went and danced on the UWS dance team for 3 semesters.
I was a volunteer coach for the Superior Dance Team for 4 years! Some of the best experiences of my life, especially since I use to dance on that team.
I am currently a kindergarten teacher at Cathedral school in Superior and I am so excited to get back into the dance world. I love kick dances and sassy jazz dances!
When I am not working or dancing I am with my family, traveling, or visiting my boyfriend who lives in Milwaukee, WI!
I am looking forward to teaching at Just For Kix this year and getting to know the dancers! It will be a fun time!

✨Meet Your Director✨

Hi everyone! My name is Brooke Keeler & I am so excited to be going into my second year as the Superior Just For Kix program director! I have lived in Superior all of my life and developed my love for dancing in the Superior JFK program, where I danced for 8 years! I attended several JFK dance camps and performed at a few of the Twins games! I then went on to dance for the Superior High School Dance Team, where I danced competitively in kick, pom, and jazz. After high school, I danced jazz, pom, and hip hop at the University of Wi-Superior. I am currently going into my 5th year as an assistant coach for the Superior High School Dance Team. I am making a full circle! My favorite dance memories are performing and placing at state! My favorite style of dance is kick and my favorite thing about coaching is choreographing and watching dancers finally perfect a skill they have been struggling with💕

I work as a substitute teacher for the Superior school district and I have many ties to the Superior community! I’ve been married to my husband for 3 years and we have a 5 year old son named Nash and will be having another little boy in December! Besides dancing, I enjoy spending time with my family, shopping, being out on the lake, and attending my husband’s dirt track and motocross races!

I am very excited for this dance season and look forward to getting to know all of my dancers and their families❤️

Happy Monday! I just want to share some fun facts & great reasons to join Superior JFK!

✨There are SO many benefits to being in dance class! Children gain social skills, confidence, learn how to work as a team, and improve balance, strength, and flexibility! And they have FUN while
doing it!
✨Our classes are open to dancers of all skill levels! Beginner? No problem!! We make sure that dancers of all levels are able to learn and benefit from our classes.
✨ Dancers get the opportunity to perform at least 4 times each year! This usually includes our Halloween show, winter recital, Valentine’s show, Together We Dance competitions (for 2nd-8th grade dancers), and spring show! Depending on local games and events, we like to try to get in a community performance as well☺️
✨Our classes are fun & engaging! Every class we use a variety of activities and dance related games to teach skills and technique! We also LOVE to celebrate! Every month we celebrate dancers who have birthdays that month, monthly theme nights, and holiday dance parties!
✨We take new dancers year round! We understand that fall can be a busy time with school starting and sports wrapping up, so we allow dancers to join our program at any time.
✨Not sure if your child is ready or interested in dance? We offer 1 free trial class for dancers just wanting to give it a try!
✨Dancers purchase 1 costume that they wear for every performance throughout the year! This eliminates the hassle of having to purchase a new costume for each routine!
