I absolutely love this quote! Too often i hear people saying how they want to get better, or change but then dont want to put in the effort.
Listen, even slow progress is still progress and it means you're trying. I tell the members who take my class this all the time, make the effort and push yourself, thats all I care about.

I Thought about (and defiantly am) Picking up the Tuesday 5:30 pm class for November and December! 🤟
