Beacons Finish Fifth at CCC Preview - Bushnell University Athletics The Bushnell women's cross country team got their first look at the CCC championship course on Friday morning and ran their first official 6000-meter race of the season as they competed at the CCC Preview Meet at Rose City Golf Course.

On strong, intentionally built teams, confrontation is about sincerely caring for the team and the individual. If you are going to lead, you better get good at this skill.
It requires:
1) Courage - it is more important to do what is right than to do what is easy
2) Integrity - You can't confront someone about being lazy if you are lazy - you must be living the team covenants
3) Problem Solving Method - working with the coaches and team leaders
