Greetings all! We will have Grandmaster out from Hawaii to visit our classes on Saturday March 14th from 9am to 11am. We encourage all our students to attend class that day and meet her. Make sure you have a clean gi and your belts!

Really good grappling classes yesterday. Worked on a number of valuable skills. Sharpening that blade one day at a time!
