19 weeks Post Op, and We’re Cleared and released from PT today after tests went great. Im able to return to sport lightly for now being an athlete Isnt for the weak but neither is not taking care of yourself ! thank you to ApexNetwork Physical Therapy 🕷️🤙🏾 !
Sigung Bruce was definitely on to something wasn’t he ? This was from the 70’s would this had been better understood in the 80’s maybe ?
