Sometimes we have way too much fun in class 🤣.
Shout-out to Dilrajs mom who brought in these ginormous naturally grown zucchinis! One student will be making zucchini bread 😋!

No matter what stage of life you are in right now, I want to bring something to your attention.
Some people will see the worst in you.
Some will see perfection.
Some will try to break you.
Others will help you rise.
Some will wait for your failure.
Others will remind you of your strength.
But this post is not about people.
It is about you.
About the person you choose to become despite the noise around you.
Karate taught me that peace does not come from everyone understanding you.
Peace comes from knowing who you are, standing with discipline, and continuing your path with dignity.
A true karateka does not waste energy proving themselves to the world.
They focus on mastering their mind, protecting their spirit, and becoming stronger with every challenge.
Choose your peace.
Choose your growth.
Choose the people who help your spirit grow, not those who poison it.

True power is never loud, rushed, or desperate—it is calm, precise, and earned over time. “Power doesn’t age. It refines.” speaks to the idea that real strength is not lost with years, but sharpened through experience, discipline, and understanding. While youth may rely on speed and force, the master relies on timing, control, and wisdom. Every movement becomes efficient, every action intentional. This is the evolution of a martial artist: not becoming stronger in body alone, but becoming smarter, calmer, and more dangerous with less effort.

As you know, a true American hero passed today. And he also happened to be instrumental in bringing Tang Soo Do to the States.
Chuck Norris was and will always be a true martial arts icon whose legendary status is rooted in his profound mastery of Tang Soo Do. He began his journey while stationed in South Korea with the U.S. Air Force, training under the renowned Grandmaster Jae Chul Shin. His dedication led him to become a 9th Degree Black Belt and eventually the first Westerner to be documented as an 8th Degree Black Belt Grandmaster.
Chuck Norris was a true representation of a lifetime of discipline, proving that his strength on screen was backed by a very real, world-class foundation in the martial arts.
