Black Box 100 A group fitness gym w/ classes prioritizing your mental health and recovery to bring healthy changes! Black Box 100 puts an emphasis on mobility, and recovery!

Owner Erin Monfre is a certified personal and group fitness trainer who also specializes in training athletes ages 10+. Erin focuses on teaching you the fundamentals of fitness and form all while creating a space where you can mentally unplug. Black Box 100 aims to create an environment you can feel safe in and create momentum to make fitness a consistent part of your routine. At Black Box 100 there are no mirrors, and no tracking of weights or times to complete workouts. The "100" is an attempt to 100% disconnect from life outside those doors in order to pour into yourself for 1 hour. We all need that time and disconnect in order to fully show up for ourselves, families, co workers and the day to day tasks we face! We offer access to a 2 person Good Health Saunas infrared sauna, as well as a Chilly Goat cold plunge. As we age, our bodies need low impact ways to hit a high heart rate zone, and recovery to keep us feeling young. All fitness levels and walks of life are welcome, as Black Box 100 is an all inclusive environment. We look forward to meeting you!
