Over two days of training, we focused on the fundamentals of kendo—from proper mindset and basics to skill practice and keiko. It was a valuable opportunity to learn, share knowledge, and practice together with many dedicated kendoka.

Thank you to Kim Jung Kook Sensei for the inspiring instruction, and to Kim Hyunsuk 7dan and Yun Junsuk 7dan. We also appreciate all the participants and organizers who made this seminar possible.
