This recognition is awarded to swimmers each week who show good sportsmanship, work hard at practice, support their teammates, show enthusiasm about swimming, and make improvements throughout the week.

What a way to kick off the season.

Today’s Time Trial meet was full of HUGE effort, dropped times, nervous first races, loud cheers, and teammates celebrating each other every step of the way. We are so proud of every single swimmer who showed up ready to race, learn, and grow.

And behind every smooth swim meet is an army of incredible volunteers.

Thank you to every parent, coach, timer, bullpen volunteer, setup crew member, concessions helper, computer operator, and family member who gave their time today to make this happen for our swimmers. Community is what makes summer swim so special, and today was the perfect example of that.

And to think, this is just the beginning of the season for MVST!

Tomorrow, 5/30, is finally the last day of school! 🎉 Reminder that there will be no practice tomorrow.

Hey everyone! We’re looking forward to a great first day of practice today (5/11). Please remember to bring a swimsuit, goggles, and tennis shoes in case we move to dryland.

Also, to help the coaches learn over 180 names as quickly as possible, please write your child’s name on their back or shoulder for practice today. We would really appreciate it!

We understand that May is a busy month, so if you’re unable to make it today or miss a few practices throughout the month, that’s completely okay. The coaches and I are excited to get the season started and can’t wait to see everyone!
