3rd Day; We started the last day with outdoor yoga it was such a treat 🌲 Meditation & Yoga Nidra by Lexie, opening the hearts a little more even it was the time for the closing circle ✨🕊️✨

This retreat surely left a sweet taste in our mouths we will keep telling the stories about what we have learned & experiences we exchanged.

2nd day 🌄 6:40am was the first class for sungazing + somatic practices followed by breakfast and vinyasa flow yoga 🧘🏼‍♀️ Sound therapy by relaxed everyone right before the lunch! Essential oil workshop allowed our guests to mix their own blends according to their needs 🌼 EFT & TFT to overcome stress or fearfull thoughts 🚪 We took a break to hike to the waterfall and just enough time to get ready for the dinner 😋 Meals were one of our favorite things since all healthy options and we were not cooking but had a chef 🤭 And to finish the day we met at the fire pit 🔥 We did loving kindness meditation, mind-setting + burnt what we want to release 🌬️

1st Day🌷 Friday afternoon we gathered for the retreat; Welcoming by the pond and give aways from 🫖 🧖‍♂️ Followed by cacao ceremony + intention setting and mindfulness. Then chef cooked meals and bed time yoga 🥱 By the time hits 10 and quite time starts we were counting the stars 🌌

Time to Thrive Retreat ✨ Happy to be back at Elohee after some years!

1st day; Filled with mindful practices, connection with the breath, giving thanks for this beautiful day & an opportunity to make a fresh start 🩵

Followed by regulation of nervous system & choosing the calmness and gratitude at hard times 😮‍💨

Chef cooked meals & bed time stretches & finishing the night at the tea house for deeper conversations 🕊️
