It feels great to receive your flowers while you are Alive. Yesterday I received
Affirmation from a player who I began developing in the 6th grade at Fairfield Baptist Church. I went on to form an AAU Team combining kids from 2022-2024. The catalyst to this team was Class 2022 McMickens Her quickness, speed and aggressiveness lead the way for our defensive. Giving her tons of transitioning opportunities. A staple in the Black Diamond Family💎. She gave me everything she had while on the court. This prepared her for a great career at Stephenson high school. Earning herself a scholarship to Central Carolina College in NC.
I’m so proud of this young lady and her accomplishments.

Make time for yourself, sleep longer (scratch that)and be OK with the days when nothing gets done. The work of life will still be there tomorrow.
Listen to your inner voice. It’s called a woman’s intuition for a reason.
Have confidence in your decisions. You are smart and capable with a good head on your shoulders.Never forget it.

Don’t feel bad about saying no it’s perfectly OK to set boundaries and create balance in your life.

Know that good chocolate can fix almost anything and when it doesn’t I’m just a phone call away or text or FaceTime.

Don’t get caught up in comparisons.Every woman is different and there is no “right” way.
