Friday 4/20 we are running the 8am YogaLates class only!!! Having to cancel the 9:15 and 10:30am classes due to family medical procedure ( wisdom teeth ). Schedule to run as normal beginning Saturday morning. :)

Can’t wait for summer?? Me either. So much so that our summer schedule will begin next week April 9th!! One addition is our Barre/yoga class. The best of both worlds....30 minutes at the barre and 30 minutes of a gentle flow. Take note of the new times in the evening as well. See you all soon!!!
