What a huge difference 5 years can make! Andrea, like many women, always had an arbitrary number in mind as a goal weight from bygone college days when she prioritized running and cardio for exercise. Two decades and two kids later, she realized that prioritizing muscle and performance over the number on the scale should now be the priority.
Determined to debunk the infamous myth that everything goes downhill after 40, Andrea spent the last 5 years determined to be in the best shape of her life. She worked with Coach Boumi on a nutrition and training plan, cut out almost all alcohol, and focused on adding more protein to her plates and more plates to her bar!
The results speak for themselves. Countless PRs, down 4% in body fat, up 5lbs in muscle mass, and feeling the best she’s ever felt - all while juggling a hectic life of a traveling working mom of two active kids under 12! Andrea is a true testament of what discipline and accountability can achieve. Great work Andrea and Coach Boumi!!
