Suwanee Sliders

So far this season, our team has attended three Opens. The standings take our top 3 finishes and were updated today. We are so incredibly happy and proud to announce that the Suwanee Sliders are #1 in the nation out of 45 Minor League Teams. This is a huge accomplishment and was definitely boosted by the team’s recent success in Myrtle Beach at Open #6 by winning the bracket. Join me in congratulating the awesome team for this incredible accomplishment!

Be on the lookout for some livestreams and updates this weekend as we head to Biloxi for Open #7. We are hoping to replace our lowest points performance and hold down that top spot!

Reminder that TODAY, October 11th, is the deadline for application submission for the Suwanee Sliders Minor League Team!

Friendly reminder that this FRIDAY, October 11th, is the deadline to apply for our MLT.

Any Pros from GA, AL, or MS who did not get drafted for a Pro Team are eligible to apply. If you're called up to a Pro Team, you will no longer be eligible for the MLT. We are allowed to have one Pro per MLT.

Elite players or Women/Senior/Junior Pros (not part of the 256 Pros) that are interested in being called up to a Pro Team, MUST play on a MLT. We are allowed unlimited amounts of these players.

Requirements:
Must be willing to travel to OPEN events
Diamond or Platinum members ONLY
Must live in GA, AL, or MS
Elite/Platinum players will have the opportunity to be called up to one of the PRO Teams
14 players MAX per MLT
One undrafted PRO per team allowed
Unlimited Women/Senior/Junior Pros per team (as long as you're not a regular PRO also)

If you are interested in playing on a Minor League Team, please message us! You MUST live in Georgia, Alabama, or Mississippi and be willing to travel to at least 3 Open events in the 2024-2025 season. We are trying to gauge interest in our surrounding area.

Guaranteed prize pot of $50k is up for grabs at the end of the season.

We are looking for TWO jersey sponsors for our Minor League Team jerseys to help our team offset some expenses to get to the last points event as well as World’s in August. The sponsor logos will be placed on the sleeve (as seen in the Burn jersey) and can be your business logo. These jerseys will be worn by our full team at the Minor League Teams events as well as any other events the players choose to wear it to. First Minor League Teams event we competed in was long but fun. These guys had some incredible battles and it was a blast to watch. Overall, they went 4-1 in rounders with a 12-3 match record earning them the #2 seed of 25 teams into the final bracket. They finished T-3rd in bracket play, losing to the same tough team in rounders. Great first showing here at Open #6 and looking forward to the next event. Congratulations, Suwanee Sliders!
