Last week we celebrated Coach Christine's last day of coaching at No Excuses CrossFit.
Coach Christine has started a new coaching venture called Grands Fitness Rx where she helps seniors stay active, build strength, and balance to improve their longevity.
We are sad to see her leave, but excited for her next endeavor in helping our community.
