A bunch of medals and a national championship later 🥇🥈🥉🏅
I’m so incredibly proud of this group of kids. Their dedication to the sport is unwavering. I’ve never seen such a young group put aside everything and dial in on aspects outside of training like sleep, nutrition, and mental health. One more world championship and regatta to go before everyone is officially in their offseason. Hypertrophy training is right around the corner 💪

Two very important notes:
1) Frick your diet. This is a special time of year. It’s okay to go off of your plans. One day will not ruin your progress. PLEASE go spend time with your family and loved ones. You can only eat your grandma’s sweet potato casserole so many times in life. A body image goal (that won’t be effected) is not a good reason to miss out of quality time with family.

I just wanted to let everyone know what I have going on for JVF Strength! Be sure to constantly check my story for holiday deals and new events!
☀️Morning Muscle Times have changed and a total capacity of 15 members (5 each hour) is in place to ensure movement quality for members. The new times will be Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri at 7am, 8am, and 9am. DM me to secure your spot!
❄️Also regarding Morning Muscle, there is a VERY special rate for December as we celebrate “Deadcember” with . We’ll be deadlifting Monday-Friday during Morning Muscle hours. DM me for more info!!
🏃 High School and Middle School sports performance is LIVE!!! We’ll be working on general strength and power output as well as coaching athletes into safely lifting heavy weights to prep them for the next level. This program includes macro plans to get your athlete into the best shape possible! I’m also excited to announce that we’ll have a velocity based program in January using technology!
