Labor Day means outdoor cooking. Ribs with Heath Riles BBQ Garlic Jalapeño and Elite BBQ Smokers Sweet Rib Rub. Great combo for a savory rib with a hint of sweetness.

Then beef cheeks with Elite BBQ Smokers SPG and 16 mesh pepper, smoked and confit in tallow and broth to finish. These were so rich! They paired perfectly with some mustard bbq sauce.

Haven’t had the chance to compete in a while, but in the meantime we still cooking at home. This weekend we did burgers (both beef and pork) using the new Heath Riles BBQ Burger Rub. I had a taste right out of the bottle, and knew immediately this one is a hit. We had the idea to do huevos rancheros flavor profile. This was a flavor bomb!
