Drill: Hitch Route Drill

Drill Ex*****on:

🟠 Setup: Place a cone 6 yards from the line of scrimmage to mark the break point.

⚡ Ex*****on: Start at the line of scrimmage. Sprint straight ahead for 6 yards to the cone, then make a quick stop and turn towards the quarterback. The quarterback should throw the ball as you make your turn. Perform 5 reps, then switch sides and repeat.

Stretching Tip: Stretch your hamstrings and calves to improve your deceleration and quick turn.
