🤸‍♀️ HOMESCHOOL FAMILIES — ADD SOME MOVEMENT TO YOUR MONDAYS! 📚✨

Looking for a fun, active physical education component to complement your homeschool program? Our Homeschool Gymnastics Class is designed to get kids moving, learning, building confidence, and connecting with other homeschool families!

Gymnastics is about so much more than learning how to tumble! It challenges children to listen, process instructions, coordinate multiple movements, problem-solve, and stay focused on a task. As they work toward new skills, they also practice patience, perseverance, and learning how to keep trying when something doesn’t come easily the first time. At the same time, gymnastics develops strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, spatial awareness, and overall body control ….making it a great way to incorporate purposeful physical education into the homeschool day! 🤸‍♀️

And just as importantly, it gives homeschoolers a chance to meet new friends, work alongside other children, and have FUN! 😀

Each class includes cardio, stretching and structured tumbling instruction, followed by open gym time on all four gymnastics events.
