💖5:30-6:15 ages 5 and up beginners
💖6:30-7:30 Intermediate - Advance
However, Thursday will have a change starting the week of September 7.
Thursday schedule:

💖5:30 - 6:15 Beginning ages 5 and up
💖6:30-7:30 Cancelled -Intermediate and Advance class-Cancelled

Yesterday we spent 7 hours in the gym with our 3 elite teams and they killed it!! Our athletes are coming in HOT! 🔥
