CALL TO ACTION:
A public meeting has been scheduled for Tuesday, March 8th in Crossville to discuss timber harvesting on Catoosa Wildlife Management Area. Details are below. If you are able, I encourage you to attend this meeting to show your support of TWRA's active forest management practices and the establishment of oak/pine savannahs that create quality habitat for quail populations and several other game and non-game species.

Unfortunately, our club is full for the 2020-2021 season. our memberships were quickly filled with past members. We apologize, but we simply don't have the space for all the demand.

Solid hunt at Mud Creek today. We love seeing kids out in the field enjoying an afternoon, learning, and watching the beginnings of a pastime that will likely last a lifetime.

Final burndown of weeds in the dove fields last night ahead of the storms today and coming days. The weeds have been worse than usual this year with all the rain.
We have been seeing great numbers of birds the past few weeks and have tons of good on the ground. Here’s to a great season and hoping the weather doesn’t throw us for a loop!

My farm hands and I have been busy busting it to get a dove field planted over the past few weeks. Sunflowers and millet are all in the ground at Mud Creek! @ Mud Creek Dove Club

Hyde watching doves feed in the rain, and counting down the hours to the season opener. He found a hiding spot all on his own where he could watch birds, but they couldn't see him.
