This past weekend was a very busy one for the Lourdes bowling teams. We had back-to-back tournaments. The first tournament on Saturday was the WHAC in Allen Park, Michigan, and the second tournament was the AHBA Conference Championships on Sunday in Monroe, Michigan.

I want to thank all of the parents for jumping in on such short notice to help with Saturday’s WHAC tournament. I found out about a week before the tournament took place that we were to serve as host of this tournament. It was incredible what they were able to accomplish so quickly. They helped check in attendees and organized several raffles including a 50/50 raffle, three ball raffles and numerous basket raffles. They were able to donate 26 baskets for the raffle in which most of the baskets were put together by the parents themselves. They were nothing short of amazing!

We are so lucky to have such a great support team, and I can’t thank them enough for all they do for the team and for the coaches. There is no way we could have done it without them. It makes me proud that so many parents are able to attend the tournaments to cheer the teams on! We as coaches appreciate it, and I know the team does too.

Another great day on the lanes for the Lourdes Bowling Teams. The ladies finished in 3rd place and the men finished in 6th place. Individually the Men were led by Reece Kramer who finished in 4th place and Aaron Lenz who finished in 10th. The ladies had 3 top 10 finishes led by Dezaray McIe who finished in 5th. Jaycie (Jackie) Arnet finished in 7th and Delayna Harvey finished in 9th! Allison Shalhoup also had her first collegiate 200 game notching a nice 212 game.

Great job to all the bowlers as they continue to put in the hard work and the results continue to show!! The future is bright for the Lourdes Bowling teams!!

Women's Bowling Place Third, Men Seventh at BGSU Falcon Classic - Lourdes University Athletics The Lourdes University men's and women's bowling teams competed at the BGSU Falcon Classic on Saturday, November 16, at Star Lanes in Sandusky, Ohio, earning strong finishes individually and collectively.

A big day on the lanes for the Lourdes University Men’s & Women’s Bowling team! At the Falcon Classic today the Women posted their best finish of the season finishing in 3rd place. The boys finished 7th in their tournament.

Individually we had some amazing performances with both teams having a bowler on the All Tournament Team. Reece Kramer not only made the All Tournament team, but he finished in 1st place among all bowlers averaging an incredible 259 for 4 games with a score of 1037!! Other notable performances from the Men's side include Aaron Lenz 854 and DJ Barton 792.

On the women's side, Jackie (Jaycie) Arnet made the All Tournament team finishing in 4th place overall averaging 199 for 4 games with a 798 series!! Other notable performances were Delayna Harvey finishing 10th, Dezaray McIe 14th, and Courtney Carmack 20th.
