Tunnel visionโฆit likes to take over and lie to you. It makes you think thereโs only one answer, when there could be dozens. When under pressure your brain wants certainty, but Jiu Jitsu (and life in general) demands adaptability. Do your best to break out of that tunnel vision and focus on the task in front of you.
