🏈❤️ We had a very special guest join our SilverSneakers class this morning—Little Red!

Our wonderful instructor, Marcia Thumann, led the group through a fun, Husker-themed workout filled with plenty of smiles, laughter and team spirit. Judging by their football skills, we may even have a few ladies who would make pretty great centers—they really know how to hike that football! 🙌🏈

🥋 SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT! 🥋

Fitness+ is excited to be the new home of Kris’s Tactical Karate, also known as KTK!

Led by Sensei Baehr, KTK has proudly served our community for the past six years. KTK teaches Zanchin Karate—a blend of Shotokan, American Kenpo, Jujitsu, boxing, and hand-to-hand combat.

KTK’s primary goal is to help students build confidence and character while learning how to defend themselves and protect others. Training is available for children and adults ages 4 and older!

Today, Kathy Szczepaniak kicked off Husker volleyball, football, and marching band season in true Nebraska style during SilverSneakers! The class enjoyed a cardio routine featuring classic marching band songs—and, of course, pom-poms!

We love the energy, creativity, and fun our instructors bring to every class. Way to get everyone moving and show that Husker spirit, Kathy!
