Entered the 55+ Group😄💪
How I fight the body aches , high blood pressure , cholesterol , osteoarthritis, menopause, along with the diseases that progress with aging. 🥊
🔸I move… yes I struggle when that 5am alarm goes off , but it’s mind over body, and I know I never regret when my workouts are finished
🔸 I eat Healthy …..120 -150 grams of lean protein daily , lots of veggies , and healthy fats that help my body maintain muscle
🔸I hydrate …. Drink 100 - 125oz of water a day
🔸I sleep at least 7-8 hours 90% of the time ( we all have those sleepless nights )
🔸 I take my supplements DAILY never miss them

Established in 1969 & fighting to stay as Fit as I can despite the aging process setbacks.
My priorities have shifted for what I now call
Healthy Lifestyle :
1: FAITH has taken over the number 1 SPOT

more ACHIEVABLE
2: Get up and move ..exercise changes the whole start of your day 🚶
3. Feed your body what it needs not what your mind craves 😉. Repeat #3 one more time
That would be
🔸😍Water 🔸😍Protein 🔸😍Dietary Fiber 🔸Healthy Carbs, that means no sugar 😉
Why eat foods that make you feel blah ⁉️
4: Quality Sleep 😴 Sleepless nights mean something is not balanced !!
Mentally or Physically or Both ⁉️

All fall together. Quality Supplements , Hair Care ( I do Thank God everyday for hair dye …not ready for the gray yet ), Quality facial care, motivation , and discipline!!!

👀 LETS TAKE A LOOK IN THE MIRROR 🪞
What do you see as we age ?
A blurry vision of what we don’t want to accept!
A natural part of life is aging.
Our appearance starts to change and we notice wrinkles, gray hair, or changes in skin texture, extra body fat!!!
This can impact one's self-image and perception of themselves.
☺️Friends there is a SOLUTION that will SLOW DOWN the AGING PROCESS
( it does make me sad to say drinking wine 😃🍷 is not the solution 🥺)
