It’s been a minute! Hope everyone is doing OK and getting out there still. It’s important to do some supportive work for your running, even during a weird time like this.

Here’s a 6-move balance, coordination and form session. Do this 2-3x/ week!

Anyone interested in a running, motivational, etc book exchange? Is there a way we can find a central location to place books, box them up for a week to let the germs die and then people can come pick one up. And we can stand 6 feet apart for 10 minutes to chat?

Today’s post is all about how to warm-up/ get some cardio without equipment.

Do 5-15 minutes of these body weight exercises:

1) Stationary high knees (slow)
2) Jumping Jacks
3) Squats
4) Speed skaters
5) Burpees

Try for 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off. And repeat 2-6 times.

Simple. Quick. Effective. No excuses, even without access to a gym or equipment.... you can still fit this in as a workout, before strength or core sessions, or even to just be ready to stretch.

Doing 10 mins 3x/day, 15 minutes 2x/a day or 10 minutes of this plus a 20-minute walk will keep your base fitness, health and sanity in check.
