In the fall of 1979 seven ladies in Syracuse, NY came together to establish a graduate chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Inc. These ladies recognized the importance and need of following the founding principles of this great sorority in the city of Syracuse. After much discussion and planning they decided to accept the call to Community, Service, Scholarship, Sisterhood and Finer Womanhood. Kappa
