Two showcases too many to count…..
If you’re going to take your car to a car show. Make it count. Tune the engine. Polish the body. Be Race ready. And be selective. You don’t need to go to EVERY showcase…they don’t care and they just want your money. They sure act like it though. Too many athletes gone week to week chasing showcases never developing only to end up dissatisfied burned out and let down. You’re not trying to get the most participation awards. And parents, guilty as well, stop trying to show off your kid for yourself.
We cannot emphasize the underdevelopment of todays athletes because of the time money and attention spent in all the wrong places, but in your true development over time.

The modern day Multi-Sport athlete is in as many sports as possible in one week, a notion mislead by the terrible thought that an athlete would develop better playing more sports and fueled by parents FOMO.
No, what they missed out on was a good functional strength & conditioning development program. That was progressive challenging in multi planes of movement, and most importantly involved through their growth spurt from adolescent to teen.
Too many times we get asked “is my kid too late” and yes, they are. Yea they can turn results, but they were late 20 practices ago to 7 different sports when they should have prioritized the only true thing that would have accelerated them in their athletic career and health — a strength & conditioning program.

The government funds the Egg Board to fund marketing for more egg consumption to fund the farmers to feed people a food that is actually contributing to the leading killer in the United States of America, heart disease. And it’s all don’t on taxpayers money?
Aside from high prices. It’s time to drop the egg.
And No Eggs are not a lean food OR a rich source of protein..
And No eggs are not a performance enhancing food. If anything they restrict performance enhancing markers.
And No Eggs do not help you lose weight.
