The Louie Slabach Interclub is over, and it couldn’t have been any closer. Team Austin comes out ahead by 1 point to take the overall series to 3-1. Congrats guys!!

With the heaviest of hearts we share the passing of Louie Slabach. Louie has been a staple at Maxwelton for well over 50 years. Prayers for all of Louie’s family and friends at this time. We will miss you.

Good Morning,
We’re closing in on September. August has been a strange month weather wise. Hopefully we can finish this month out a bit dryer. Thank goodness we didn’t get the storms and rainfall other Hoosiers received. There is plenty going on in September here. Please note the Big Cup Scrambles have pushed back one week, to the 19th and 20th. Sign up boards are now posted for the Labor Day Bestball and Men’s Big Cup. Just a reminder that next weekend is our annual Interclub Ryder Cup. This year, Team Bender will be taking on Team Gunden. If you wish to play please sign up by next Wednesday. One last update, next Thursday’s J.A. Outing will be a morning shotgun. The course will open for play around 1:00.
