Thought I'd post my workout from yesterday on my hoop page even though there are no hoops involved lol. My fiance owns a gym locally in Syracuse, NY and is working hard to keep his members motivated and moving forward with their goals! I personally like this workout because it sets you up to compete with your own time which motivates you to turn up your intensity each day!! I am the type of person who prefers a class setting because I need that kick in the ass! I'm not good at motivating myself to push harder (I complain throughout this entire workout haha). He will continue posting new workouts on his Instagram and we are working on continuing his group classes virtually!! I am lucky to have his positivity every single day and I want to share it with my hoop friends!!!
