What a run for our SDA 2010 Girls at the US Youth Soccer National Championships!

This team opened the tournament with a huge win, 6-1 over Arkansas, then battled through a hard-fought 1-1 draw with Montana before closing out group play with a gritty 3-1 win over Arizona to punch their ticket to the Quarterfinals.

Friday their tournament run came to an end against a tough Cook Inlet SC Elite squad. It wasn't the finish they wanted, but they had a great tournament. Making the Quarterfinalists at the National Championship with the top teams in the entire country is a huge accomplishment.

All year long, these girls put in the work and it showed on the biggest stage.

We are so incredibly proud of this team, this coaching staff, and everything they built this season.

What an AMAZING start to the US Youth Soccer National Championships for our SDA 2010 Girls!

The team opened the tournament BIG with a 6-1 victory over Arkansas before battling to a hard-earned 1-1 draw against Montana.

Now they’re in a fantastic position as they head into the final match of group play.

Tonight at 7:15 PM CT, SDA takes on Arizona with a spot in the USYS National Championship Quarterfinals on the line. A win or a draw sends our girls on to Friday’s quarterfinal match.

This team has worked all year for moments like this and that’s why they belong among the best teams in the country.

We’re incredibly proud of the way they’ve represented our club—with confidence, determination and teamwork.
