NEW 8-WEEK TRAINING BLOCK 💥

At Renegade, we don’t believe in random workouts.

Every day has a purpose. Every movement has intent. Every week builds on the last to make you stronger, fitter, and more capable.

💪 BUILD DAYS (Monday • Wednesday • Friday)

Our Build Days are designed to increase strength, power, and movement efficiency through progressive overload.

Monday | DB Floor Press
Build upper body strength while improving shoulder stability, pressing power, and control.

Wednesday | BB Hip Thrust
Develop stronger glutes and explosive hip power to improve lifting, running, jumping, and overall athletic performance.

Friday | BB Sn**ch
Increase full-body power, coordination, speed, mobility, and explosiveness through one of the most athletic movements we perform.

🏃 ENGINE DAYS (Tuesday • Thursday)

Engine Days are designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, endurance, and work capacity.

Expect a mix of running, ergs, and functional movements that challenge your heart, lungs, and ability to perform under fatigue while helping you recover faster between efforts.

🔥 ULTRA ENGINE (Saturday)

This is where everything comes together.

Longer workouts. More volume. More grit.

These sessions build endurance, mental toughness, pacing, and confidence while putting your strength and conditioning to the test.

RENEGAMES 2026 COMING SOON..

Our 3rd Annual RENEGAMES is coming to Renegade Fitness Training – Baldwinsville on Saturday, September 12th, 2026 from 8:00 AM–12:00 PM.

What started as a simple race has quickly become one of our favorite events of the year—bringing together athletes, families, local businesses, and our entire community for a morning of challenge, competition, and fun.

🏆 Mixed Doubles Division

AND… 🏆 Overall scoring GYM TO GYM between the hill and the hive for bragging rights to a trophy held by the winning gym for the year!

Every registration will include an exclusive RENEGAMES 2026 t-shirt, food, beverages, and access to all the excitement throughout the event.
