Bella is a stunning 5 year old, 15.1h black Percheron/Quarter Horse cross mare with the kind of versatility, temperament, and willingness that is hard to find.
Well broke to both ride and drive, Bella is equally at home in the arena, navigating obstacles, or exploring the trails. She rides both English and Western and offers a smooth, comfortable walk, trot, and canter. On the trail, she is confident and dependable, happily riding out alone or in a group. Water crossings, logs, and other natural obstacles are no challenge for this mare.
In harness, Bella is confident, stylish, and steady, carrying herself with presence and grace while remaining easy and enjoyable to drive. Whether hitched for pleasure driving or putting her skills on display, she is a mare that turns heads and inspires confidence.
Bella's kind disposition and eager-to-please attitude make her a true pleasure to work with every day. She is easy to handle, whether in the stall or turned out, and stands quietly for bathing, clipping, grooming, tacking, veterinary care, and the farrier.

Joey, Casey, Devon, and Preston will guide you onto the horse and take you out for the horseback ride you have chosen.
You will cross streams, open fields, orchards, and woodlands. You will be walking on the general rides. The horses are especially chosen to be careful and consistent. There is a maximum of eight riders.

Here goes a sad post.
It has been a very difficult week for Circle H. I don’t usually like to share things like this publicly, but both of these horses touched so many hearts while visiting us at Graves Mountain.
On Tuesday morning, we had to say goodbye to our sweet Pattington due to an injury. If you knew Pattington, it was likely because you rode him in a lesson or found him greeting you at the fence. He loved everyone and everything. We even discovered one day that he could sail over a fence if it meant being closer to a friend. He could be mischievous at times, but he adored people, and many of our lesson kids would specifically ask to ride him.
Then on Thursday, we had to say goodbye to our beloved Belgian gelding, Big Papa, due to colic. Big Papa was one of the kindest and sweetest horses you could ever meet. He had been with us since we began offering guided trail rides and quickly became a favorite among guests. Although he was the largest horse in our string, even some of the smallest children would ask to ride him. Big Papa came to us from an auction, and while some may have thought he was just an auction horse, he was so much more then that. He loved everyone and captured more hearts than we could ever count.
Saying goodbye to these two wonderful geldings has been incredibly hard. A good friend reminded me yesterday that we gave them love, care, and dignity, and that means everything.
They will truly be missed. If anyone has photos with either of these special boys that they would like to share in the comments, please feel free to do so. Thank you all for showing them so much love during your visits. ❤️
