Our very first womens bodybuilding team at Fitness Quest University Place made it's debut at the Emerald Cup Natural show. All women placed in their categories. All these amazing athletes are members or staff at our gym who worked for months with me to achieve a goal. Congratulations ladies. Coach is super proud of you. To be eligible, applicants must commit to a November pre-prep program and subsequent transformation journey starting January.
