Erin's Mom rode this early 90s Raleigh on a few STPs back in the day, and when she decided she didn't want it anymore, she passed it down to Erin.

Erin has been riding it around, but wanted it to suit her style a little better, so we gave it the partybike once over with a set of 26x2.1 Maxxis DTHs, full coverage fenders, a Wald front basket, a set of swept back cruiser bars, and matching pedals and grips.

All ready for the streets of Tacoma (and occasional cat taxi)!

It is my opinion that this bike is super rad. Discuss....

*This Range got all of the pivots serviced as well as a new crank and bottom bracket.

If you know me, then you know my love of Bianchis, especially when they're dressed up with Campagnolo. This 2007 Virata got a full overhaul with a new cassette and chain, new crank bearings, new bar tape, and a solid cleaning.

Now it's ready for many more riding seasons.

Spring is moving along and the schedule is pretty packed. This past week I helped MoveToTacoma.com figure out a good route to commute by bike, I fit an entire tandem into the element along with a couple of cargo bikes, and as always, worked on some real nice and fancy custom stuff too.

*Also got in some pedaling of my own.

Bike Swap, Ride For Major Taylor, and lots and lots of repairs in-between.
