After an intense Jiu Jitsu session, it’s essential to prioritize recovery to keep your body in peak condition. Start by cooling down with light stretching to improve flexibility and reduce muscle soreness. Focus on key areas like your hips, shoulders, and legs, which are heavily engaged during training.
Rest is equally important. Allow your muscles time to recover by getting adequate sleep and staying hydrated. This helps replenish energy stores and prevents injury. Consider adding foam rolling or using a massage gun to release tension in tight areas.
