I am sure you are all wondering how the bills currently in legislative session are 'really going to affect you'.

Here are some quick details/facts as the BILL sits currently: Keep in mind, there could be amendments to support jus or hurt us as it travels through the Senate.

The AG/Gov is attacking our rights.

The Legislature is majority 'AG/Gov' supporting H and S Legislative seat holders. I say this because it is not just a one-sided fight here. Meaning, this is not an R vs D situation.

The AW definition, aka "The Pez Dispenser/Bubblegum machine" will be changed to include almost everything including some smaller handheld sized Pez Dispensers.

The bill also makes it so you cannot ever buy any parts to change your Pez Dispenser or build it later. You have to have everything before the signature happens.

What you have before the signature, you get to keep. AND KEEP your receipts or you cannot pass it down upon your death.

The bill also has an emergency clause in it allowing them to make it effective IMMEDIATELY upon being signed at the G's desk. This means no 'extra time period' to get your Pez Dispensers.
We project this to happen quickly as it has already passed the House and has been referred to Law & Justice committee in the Senate. Could be as soon as this next week or by end of session in April. WE DO NOT KNOW the date but DON'T WAIT!!!
