The Dr. Buff Experience

It took me a while to write the blog on my heart issues because I wanted to know everything that was going on before saying anything major to the masses. On a positive note, I'm on the mend. Doing much better now. I'm back in the gym (my sanctuary) and about to start back on the remodel projects.
