Great day of sparring Saturday. Thanks to everyone who came out! It was Marie’s last hard spar day. She is off to Sunnyside, Wa Saturdays for her next MMA bout!

Congratulations and .hollenbeck on their submission victories last night. We are proud of these young men and glad we can do what we can to aid their ascent to the top of the MMA landscape.

Wednesday morning Kickboxing every Wednesday at 10am!
Isaac fights this weekend at the Muckleshoot.
Marie fights next weekend in Sunnyside, Wa.

It is with heavy hearts we ask everyone to come together to remember and celebrate a valued member of our community. April 19th we lost Chris Abrejera. He leaves behind his wife and three sons.
We are holding an open mat (striking and grappling) in his name. We will gather donations to help his family in this difficult time.
We will unveil a shadow box we had made to commemorate Chris. We will also have food.
Join us as we participate in some of his favorite activities and celebrate him.

Our normal parking spots will be unavailable next week 5/18 through 5/22 between 7am and 5pm! If you arrive during that time park in the lot above the building on 27th st.

Fale did it! He got the win by rear naked choke in the second round. He went in to enemy territory on short notice and performed like a true professional. We are proud of you Fale, keep up the hard work!
