We are excited to offer a free class this Saturday 10:30-11:45am at Goodwood! Priority will be given to those who were registered for the retreat. Let us know if you are coming! Limited to 25 and we expect this to book fast:) Join us for lunch at Damas (at Goodwood) after class!

Retreat Update
Due to unforeseen events (Caulley’s broken ankle 🫠), we’ve made the difficult decision to postpone our October 25 retreat with DJ Taz. We want this event to be everything it deserves to be, and that’s just not possible right now.

We’re hoping to reschedule for Saturday, February 28, 2026; stay tuned for details. All current registrations will be refunded - we’ll begin processing those today.

To keep the good vibes flowing and as a thank you for your support, we’ll be offering a free class on 10/25 at 10:30am (weather permitting, details to follow). Priority will go to those who were registered for the retreat. And we’ll play plenty of DJ Taz’s music!
