When I say life be lifing! Yall saw me drop 10 lbs in Jan! Do 1000 pushups in Feb. Then in early March, I had a set back that’s been 2 months of limited movement. I am still in pain but was approved to work out slowly no bouncing and jumping.

I am going to have to focus on the food.
