Athletes: It was really challenging Coach, but fun!

Week 1 down!! We still have slots available for the Monday evening sessions.

✅ Leaders of the game: Athletes are learning how to develop good habits that separate themselves from the competition!

✅ Students of the game: Athletes are able to verbally articulate the instructions of the drill/exercise and then execute.

✅ Impactors of the game: Athletes are learning how to confidently use their unique skills/gifts impact their teammates and competition outcomes.

What a weekend! I’m tiiiiired!!! But well worth it!! ‘Spent two days at the Florida State Invitational with some amazing people!!

A huge THANK YOU to for inviting to host your Recovery Station. We had a great time! Our team was so impressed with how polite and grateful the athletes were!! A huge thank you to your staff for being so kind and helpful!

To the wonderful Athletic Trainers …y’all are truly the MVP’s. In the strength and conditioning world, the ATCs are our cousins!! …and we sure do take care of them!! They are the TEAM behind the team and deserve the highest honor for the tireless work!!
