7 DAYS OF MY FAVORITE BACK TO SCHOOL HACKS! Make sure to follow me all week!
# 1. Is sleep 🛌 routine
How do you feel with a lack of sleep? Magnify that with a child that can’t control their emotions 😂
Set down with your child when you have nothing going on….time to call a family meeting!
Side note…my kids love it when I do this!
Discusss what they feel would be a good time to got to bed. When do they fee like they can get up, have breakfast and get ready for school without feeling rushed. Add travel time to school and you all agree on when to get up.
When they go to bed it’s not lights out fall asleep. That doesn’t work for adults and it won’t for kids either. Just time to wind down, give them 30 minutes of this then go back in for good night talk/prayers/plans ect.
When they feel like they are a part of it they buy in to the decision.
Start your bed time and wake up time 1 week before school starts.

Tallahassee Community,
Once school starts, we will be requiring our preschool and elementary school students to wear masks during lessons. This is a difficult decision to make, so we have traditionally followed the Leon County School Board. Regardless whether you agree or disagree with the use of masks, most likely we can all agree that we want to keep our children safe. We will also ask that parents sitting in the lobby during these lessons also wear a mask. All opinions aside, we appreciate your support and the benefits martial arts has on young lives!

There are talks of variants, masks, and other things
So I Promise. . .
My Team and I will be here for you and your kids!
If they need us to log them in everyday so you can be at work. We are here.
If they need a friendly face you can see with or with out our masks my team is here.
If they need a safe, fun, a motivational place all day or just after school. We will be here.
We will continue to provide all our programs in a clean safe environment like we have for the past year and a half.
It’s times like these that we have to lean on each other. We are prepared to hold the weight.
