Well, I cried like a baby, starting at the closing of my last class and still here at home, teary.
I may or may not have blew my nose in a diaper I found in my car while driving.

It was such an honor to be able to guide yoga to those who stopped by during the event at the Capitol yesterday.
The connections made were just amazing. I was grateful to show how we can use movement and breath help heal.

Our beloved Yoga Teacher, Jamie, will be leading her last session here at Alchemy, next Tuesday. We would like to thank her for her love and light.
Jamie would like to share the following message with you:
"I just want to emphasize the power of taking time out for yourself, inhaling deeply, then letting go of what cannot be controlled with a bigger exhale. The physical movements will keep you present, but a clear mind will keep you in control.
I have loved, with the deepest part of my heart, those who came to practice with me week after week. I'm so grateful for Alchemy and for every person who ever showed up on a Tuesday at 6pm"
