MANGO GINGER KALE GREEN SMOOTHIE RECIPE (2 servings)
1 cup crushed ice
2 cup kale
1 cup mango
1 cup peaches
1 tbsp ginger
2 medium fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 cup water
Directions:
➡️ Add ice to the blender first and crush. Then add kale, mango, peaches, ginger, lemon juice.
➡️ Blend until smooth, only adding water a little at a time as needed, and scraping down the sides/mixing as needed.
➡️ Divide between two serving glasses and enjoy immediately.

💪 Studies show that generally, you need at least 0.7 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight to build muscle. If you strength train frequently, you may need even more.
