Ability 1 on 1 Training

2026 LIFT AND DRIFT Cruise photo dump. Over 80 Ability clients with trainers cruised to the Bahamas. We all had BLAST! Phil and I feel so blessed to have such an AMAZING gym family. I really can’t think of any business that could pull off what we all just were a part of. You guys are the BEST!!! Thank you Susan Stafford and The Event Architects for all of your planning and hard work.
I think we may have to do this again in a couple of years. People are already asking to sign up. 😜

Happy Valentine’s Day Ability Peeps!!

It is with a heavy heart that I mention Ability lost a wonderful long term client and friend. Catherine Heth, we will miss you dearly. Life is short. Tell your love ones how you feel about them.

Paul graduated Basic training! He was an honor grad and marksman. He received the max amount of ribbons and the highest cumulative score out of his entire flight of 42 ppl. Wow.

Wow! Almost unrecognizable. Paul, our trainer during the last eight years, is in San Antonio for basic training.  We are so proud of him! I’m sure all of his clients miss him dearly. 

Ability cruise in 90 days!
