A Tallahassee native with more than 30 years of culinary experience, Chef Withers brings a passion for hospitality, refined Southern cuisine, and creating memorable dining experiences. We are excited for what’s ahead as Chef Withers helps shape the future culinary experience at the Club!

We are proud to honor the legacy of Bert Yancey, one of the most talented golfers to come out of Tallahassee. A seven-time PGA Tour winner, Bert developed his game on local municipal courses before rising to compete among the very best in professional golf. He also returned home to compete in the Tallahassee Open during its PGA Tour run, proudly representing his hometown on a national stage.

Throughout his career, Bert was known for his pure ball-striking, remarkable feel, and lasting presence in the game he loved.

Killearn Club is honored to announce that our private Trackman bay will be named in his honor, alongside the display of his original golf bag, generously donated by his family, as a lasting tribute to his legacy and his deep connection to Tallahassee golf.
